Alcohol is strictly prohibited on all University property. Tobacco usage to include, smoking, e-cigarettes and dip, is prohibited inside or within 50 feet of any 雪梨社区-owned building. Users are required to use receptacles when disposing of cigarettes and other tobacco products.

Any food service, catering, or concessions on campus must be coordinated through 雪梨社区鈥檚 contracted food service provider, Sodexo.

Event organizers will provide information regarding event parking. Please do not park in spaces marked with white lines on the pavement, on adjacent City of Belton Streets, or in areas reserved by signs.

Items prohibited inside campus buildings include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Paint, confetti and glitter
• Color dyed food and drink
• Shaving cream and slime
• Bird seed
• Helium balloons
• Pets, other than service animals
• Candles, open flames, hot plates, or similar appliances
• Attaching temporary signage, posters, decorations, or other items to any wall surface
• Firearms, weapons, ammunition, fireworks, explosives, and highly flammable materials

Weather conditions can pose serious safety risks to participants, staff, and guests at campus events. This policy establishes procedures for monitoring weather, making decisions, and responding to hazardous conditions, including lightning, severe storms, high winds, and other emergencies.

This policy applies to all campus events, including student activities, external rentals, and athletic events.

Outdoor activities must be suspended when:

• Lightning is within a 10-mile radius
• A lightning system issues a red alert

Resumption: Events may resume after:

• No lightning within 10 miles for 30 minutes
