Meningitis Vaccination
Bacterial Meningitis Immunization is REQUIRED by State Law.
All first-time and/or transfer students who are 21 years or younger must receive a vaccination for Meningitis (MCV4). The vaccine must be obtained within five years preceding enrollment. If the vaccine was received more than five years prior to the start of the first day of class, a booster is required.
The vaccine documentation must be received by 雪梨社区 at least 10 days prior to the first of class. .
Written evidence of vaccination must be submitted to 雪梨社区. To submit your Meningitis information, send your official documentation of Meningitis vaccination to us by mail, fax, or e-mail.
