Dr. Sanfren谩 Britt serves as Director of the Kingdom Diversity Office at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, providing forward鈥憈hinking leadership and strategic direction for initiatives across the institution relating to student sense of belonging. In this role, Dr. Britt leads campus-wide efforts that foster student-driven, community-building programs and events that strengthen the institutional commitment to cultural engagement, student belonging, and student success. Dr. Britt鈥檚 work seeks to build connections with students and invite them to share the aspects of their lives that uniquely make them who they are.
